Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
At DIGI PERIO, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. We value your time and ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
* 48+ hours’ notice: No cancellation fee.
* Less than 48 hours’ notice: A fee of 50% of the scheduled service fee will apply.
* No-show: A 50%–100% fee may apply depending on the type and length of appointment.
* Surgical appointments: A separate deposit is required and may be subject to additional cancellation terms.
* Emergencies or unavoidable circumstances: Exceptions may be considered at the discretion of DIGI PERIO.
